Learning and News
We took part in wear your woollies and a reindeer run to support Springhill Hospitce this week.
We have been swimming as part of our PE lessons this term. This week we received our latest school swimming award certificates.
In maths, we have been learning about fractions and equivalent fractions. We had to find someone else who had an equivalent fraction to match our own.
We have been comparing different places of worship in RE this week. We created PowerPoint presentations to share our learning with the rest of the class.
Performance Poem
This week we visited the Manchester Jewish Museum today. We visited the old synagogue, looked at different artefacts and explored different stories from the Jewish community in the gallery.
We enjoyed visiting our school library to pick our new books.
This week we welcomed our parents into school for learning together and meet the teacher sessions. We loved sharing our learning.
This week in computing we have started our topic on cryptographers. We looked at Morse code and practised encrypting and decrypting letters and words.
